海の家 Marine House もっと気持ちの良い海の家を！と夏の間の期間限定で浜辺に計画された建物です。 竹を構造体として計画されており、竹を密にすることで外と内を仕切って内部空間を作っています。 壁がないため風通しがよく、ロの字型の配置で中庭は可動式の日よけがついています。また竹は安価で毎年新しいものに取り替えることが可能です。 A very cozy marine house! It is planed to be built by the beach during the summer. |

ハウスブロック計画 House Block 環境共生型ブロックシステム。 さまざまな素材でつくられた同じ形のブロックを積み上げて壁をつくり、スティックで屋根を架構する。 個々のブロックは再生可能な素材や産業廃棄物などでつくられており、イベント終了後はリサイクル＆リユースされる。 ユーザー参加によって建設でき、環境へのインパクトを抑えることができるという仮設建築の計画。 The House Block is a construction system composed of blocks and sticks respectful of the environment. Blocks of similar shapes though using different materials serve to build walls, and sticks play the same role with roofs. Each block is made out of a re-usable material, industrial wastes, which could be recycled and re-used. 邑楽町役場庁舎コンペ案 Town Center Ohramachi Competiton 住民参加でつくられる役場庁舎を「スーパーパブリックマーケット」と名付けた。 簡単に増改築可能な六角形グリッドのマトリックスシステムによって、行政サービスの変化や短期のイベントなどに対してフレキシブルで自由なスペースをつくることができる。 This town hall that we named the "Super Public Market" should to be built with the participation of the citizens. It is intended to house administration service and short-term events. The setting of an hexagonal grid both flexible and extendable, will allow easy and quick evolutions. |
関西日仏学館改修コンペ案The Institut Franco-Japonais du Kansai 耐震補強とともに、フランス文化と市民の交流施設としてイメージアップを計ることが要求された。 内装は、既存の白い塗り壁のイメージを尊重しつつ、無彩色の淡いグラデーションで塗られ、その中に年代を感じさせる階段や照明が浮かび上がる。 大通りに面した２つのガラスボックスは、それぞれメインゲートとサロンになっており、フランス文化のショーケースとして機能する。 This renovation was planned to improve the image, the functioning and the structural security of this French cultural facility. The intervention was respectful of the existing building structure and organization and light. A soft coloring gradation reminding the former white walls, indirect lighting added to the re-use of original lamps shades and wooden furnitures underlined the quality of the internal space. Two simple glass boxes facing the main street, respectively the entrance gate and a gallery were added, acting both as Modern icons and showcases of contemporary French culture. |

白石シルバーハウジングコンペ案Houses for Elderly in Shiroishi Competiton 18戸の戸建高齢者住宅の計画。 住戸の区画をお互いを離して配置することにより不均質なコモンスペースが生まれる。 コモンスペースと各住戸の境界は自由に行き来でき、池やデッキ、畑などがその境界線上を横断することによって、変化に富んだコモンスペースをつくり出している。 The aim of this competition was to build 18 houses for elderly-people in a suburban area. By detaching each house and shifting the division of the lots, we tried to produce a heterogeneous and richer common space. The boundaries of this space and the lots, where the houses could be freely set up, became fuzzy and subject to changes with the implementation of natural elements such as ponds, decks, orchards, overlapping them. |

南千束の集合住宅コンペ案 Apartment Houses in Minami-Senzoku 8戸のタウンハウスの計画。U字型に建物を配置し、中央の敷地内通路からそれぞれの住戸にアプローチする。そのことにより、適度な隣棟間隔が生まれ、日照通風や、プライバシーを確保することができる。断面構成は、敷地の高低差を生かしたものとし、周辺の静かな住宅街になじむ建物とした。 |
代沢タウンハウスコンペ案Town Houses in Daizawa Competiton 切り売りされた６つの敷地に対して、独立住宅を建てるコンペ案である。敷地内の配置計画を考えることで、個人のプライバシーを確保しつつ、集合としての街並みをつくろうと考えた。 ６棟の住宅をＬ字型に組み合わせ、小さい空間と大きい空間が連続的につながるように設定した。それぞれの住戸は地下の容積率緩和や屋上の空間を有効に利用している。また、光や風をふんだんに取り入れるよう、開口部が検討された。 This competition aim was to develop independent individual houses on 6 different lots. We tried to achieve a good balance between the creation of a dense but harmonious urban settlement and the need for individual privacy. Basic plan based on L shapes allowing various combinations on the one hand, and an inner organization providing large and small spaces helped achieving this balance. Taking advantage of the Japanese building code we increased the overall surface of each house with a basement floor and also provided upper terraces. |
ブリスベン現代アートギャラリーコンペ案Gallary of Modern Art in Brisbane Competiton オーストラリアブリスベン市の美術館のコンペ案。 美術館の機能は空中に持ち上げられ、下部に紫外線を遮る日陰の空間をつくっている。 ここでは、外部アートの実験的な試みができる。 美術館内部は、閉じられた大小の展示空間がまるで街区のように配される。 This proposal for an Art Gallery was located on a spectacular site along a river facing the city center of Brisbane in Australia. Attention to the location, the tropical climate and the functions of the facility guided our choices. The gallery itself is raised up in the air, thus creating an open terrace for outer exhibitions protected from the rays of the sun and cooled by breezes. The upper part is a wide platform based on a grid with exhibition spaces of different sizes and natures, which are allotted just like city blocks. |
シンガポール超高層集合住宅コンペ案High Rise Apartment Houses in Singapore シンガポールに建てられる公営住宅の設計コンペ応募案。 敷地2.5万m2に住戸数1450戸の大規模な超高層集合住宅群の計画。 シンガポール特有の気候や住戸内環境を考慮し、1層2戸、51階建てのタワーを15本、敷地外周沿い林立させた。 This competition intended to introduce a new kind of public housing in Singapore with a large scale plan of super-high-rise apartments towers for a total of 1450 dwelling units on a site of 25,000m2. Two different kinds of units were proposed within 15 towers of 51 stories each. The slim towers stand bound together with bridges along the site perimeter in consideration of the tropical climate and the local environment. |
青森集合住宅コンペ案Apartment Houses in Aomori Competiton 200戸の住戸の集積が門型のヴォリュームを形成している。 これは敷地北側への日影を最小限にする形状を検討した結果である。 低層部は公園に面し、中層部は各フロア2戸、高層部は海が見えるというように、レベルによってコンディションの違う集合住宅となっている。 This proposal for a complex of 200 apartment houses takes the form of a giant gate. In a northern city plagued with heavy snow falls which do not melt for weeks, this shape is the result of examining the building form which projects the most elusive northern shadow. Apartments according to their positioning in the building face a park at low level, the cityscape at mid level and the sea and the mountains in the upper floors. |

エコハウス Eco House みんなで楽しくエコロジー。 あるテレビ番組の企画で３組の建築家がエコロジー住宅を提案するというものだった。 素材ははペットボトルの再生品。また、太陽の恩恵も受けている。 みんなで育てた作物を調理する楽しさと、一緒に食べれば材料の無駄もなくなるという発想だ。 結構昔はこんな生活をしてたんじゃないか？ もちろんゴミも利用する。グランドフロアには、巨大なキッチンとテラス、家庭菜園、大きな浴室、葡萄やキウィのなるパーゴラは敷地いっぱいに広がり、プライベートスペースを隔離している。 Ecohouse is a playful project made for enjoying domestic ecology, as a part of a TV program. Three groups of architects including us were asked to make a proposal. Our project was based on using recycled PET bottles which was the exclusive material used in the house, and solar energy. Here also neighbours could cook and eat together the products of the garden, later recycled. Pleasure and sustainability, go well together reminding us of our recent past. The ground floor is made of a large kitchen-dining zone continued by a terrace, a kitchen garden, a bathroom unit and a field of grapes and kiwi. Although the overall plan is very open, a pergola spreading to the limit of a site contributes to express the private space. |

ウォーターフロント計画 Water Front Project in Makuhari 幕張にバブルの時にリゾートとして埋め立て、開発された半島がある。 今は草が大いに茂ってブッシュと化している。 そこを、さらに開発をすることを求められたが、自然を生かすことを考えたオートキャンプ場として計画した。 This scheme was first started at the time of the economic bubble, on a reclaimed land planned in the shape of a peninsula near the new town of Makuhari, for a large resort. It was eventually abandoned but our proposal is a critic of such gigantic planning destroying the waterfront. Instead it intended to create an auto-camping place slowly developing and careful of the recreated natural environment. |
東京リセフランセコンペ案Lycee Francais De Tokyo Competiton 飯田橋にあるフランスの中学、高校の増築案。せまい敷地で、どうやって学校行事を妨害することなく、工事を進められるか検討された。建物の屋上を運動場とすることで、ひとたび足場を組めば、その下で工事ができる。平面が大きくても、ドライエリアや平面計画の工夫で、良好な環境が確保される。 This competition planned the extension of the sole French Secondary school of Tokyo. Located in Iidabashi on a limited lot already used as the courtyard of the existing school, the new addition had also to be built during the school term. This led to a drastic choice for an embedded building, taking advantage of a shift with the adjoining land to provide natural light. The flat roof quickly realized in concrete would have served as the new courtyard even during the construction site. |

コスタンティーニコンペ案 Constantini Foundation in Buenos Aeres ２つの美術館を地下エントランスでつなぎ、そうして開放されたグランドレベルを、ミュージアムショップやカフェに取り囲まれた都市公園にしている。 This scheme for a private art foundation located in the center of Buenos Aeres, proposes to reorganize the urban fabric with the creation of a plaza and a part of a block. It also helps create two art museums connected by an underground entrance that leave the plaza level to shops, cafe and other sociable activities. |

平田町タウンセンターコンペ案 Town Center in Hiratamachi Competiton 高齢化が進む厳しい気候（雪深い冬、猛暑の夏）の街に建つ、これからの公共施設のあり方を提案している。 図書館、ホール、デイケアセンターなどの機能を四角く集約し、その外周を屋根付きの駐車場で取り囲んでいる。 また、周辺の公共の建物との間をつなぐルートは建物の中を貫通していて、内部化されたアーケードのような空間をつくっている。 This public facility was planned for a city with an aging population and a harsh climate (snowy winters and hot summers). Thus all the functions, such as a library, a hall and a day care center, are collected squarely under a large protecting roof. The perimeter is surrounded by the parking lot which is protected by the extension of the roof. Besides, the building is seen as a crossroad with inner arcades connected to the surrounding public buildings. |

霧島アートホールプロポーザルコンペ案 Krishima Art Hall Competiton-Proposal 森の中に立つ彫刻展示ホール。 建物を屋外展示のルートの一部であるとともに内部でも回遊できるリニアな空間となっている。 緩やかに変化する視点の変化によって３次元的な展示方法が可能であり、森に向けてあけられた窓から柔らかな自然光が室内にもたらされている。 This exhibition hall for sculpture stands nearly invisible into the woods of a remote location in southern Japan. Being a part of a route for a larger outdoor exhibition its space expands in a linear way, providing a kind of promenade offering various view points. |

せんだいメディアテークコンペ案 Sendai Mediatheque Competiton 収蔵庫や展示室など閉じた部屋を中央に積み上げ（その外壁はすべて本棚）、その外周にオープンでパブリックな場所を巻き付けた、立体的な街並みのような建物。 This scheme made for a mediatheque in the city of Sendai, is a metaphore of a giant storage holding all the exhibitions inside with its outer wall becoming a bookshelf. On the perimeter of this central core the open and public space is coiled, conceived as an extension of the city. |

八代ショッピングセンター計画案 Shopping Center in Yatsushiro-proposal パッチワーク状に寄せ集められた畑を敷地に、大型のショッピングセンターをつくるための計画。 土地の複雑さを細長いゾーニングで解消し、駐車場を敷地全体に分散配置している。 駐車場は曜日や時間帯によって、いろいろと使い分けられる。 また、敷地全体を覆う横断幕が全体の一体感をつくりだしている。 This project planned to build a large-sized shopping center on a group of lots loosely gathered together, thus creating a kind of patchwork. The complexity of this land was canceled by the superposition of a functional grid pattern of long and slender zones, and parking lots distributed all over the site, allowing various uses during weekdays. Moreover a set of banners for advertising which covers the whole site, help create a sense of unity. |
